POSITION INFO:
Looking to build your career in a fast-paced and client-centric financial services environment? A high-performing Private Clients team in Northcliff is on the hunt for a Finance Administrator to take full ownership of their growing investment and life administration book.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning support and providing full administrative support to Wealth Managers
• Maintain up-to-date and compliant client records
• Coordinate account openings, investment transactions, and policy reviews
• Handle scheduling, diary management, and travel arrangements
• Respond timeously to client and internal queries
• Apply regulatory knowledge (FICA/FAIS) in all operations
• Assist with switches, top-ups, and preparation for client reviews

• BCom (Finance / Business Finance / Investments / Financial Planning / Financial Sciences or Investment Management or BCom (Economics) or relevant BSc Degree
• CFP and/or Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning
• 2+ years relevant work experience as a Paraplanner
• Strong working knowledge of FICA and FSCA regulatory compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• High attention to detail with a methodical work ethic
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Clear communicator with a client-first mindset
