Role: Financial Services Paraplanner
Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape
Salary: TBC

What you’ll be doing:

🔹 Assisting with investment portfolio management, including processing new business applications and fund transfers
🔹 Ensuring compliance with financial regulations (FICA, AML, POPI) while maintaining accurate client records
🔹 Coordinating annual client reviews and preparing portfolio summaries
🔹 Managing client interactions with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail
🔹 Liaising with investment houses to facilitate transactions and obtain necessary documentation
🔹 Supporting insurance policy renewals and account administration

What we’re looking for:

✅ A structured and detail-oriented mindset
✅ Strong administrative and organizational skills
✅ Ability to work independently as well as within a team
✅ Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans & English
✅ Financial services experience or a keen interest in the industry
✅ Minimum qualification: NQF4 or equivalent (higher qualifications advantageous)
