Responsibilities

• Administration
• Client Relationship Management
• Investment analysis and proposal
• Gather Policy information
• Compile a summary of information
• Research product information
• Prepare and implement investment proposals
• Handle new applications and quotations
• Calculate tax / legal implications of investments
• Cash flow and performance calculations
• Pre-payment planning calculations
• Handle and solve client queries
• Diary management
• Report new business statistics
• Prepare investment review appointments
• Train and mentor new employees
• Keep track of assets under management
• Maintain CRM system
• Rebalance and maintain existing portfolio's

• Prepare and distribute monthly/quarterly statements

Requirements:

• BCom (Finance / Business Finance / Investments / Financial Planning Law / Financial Sciences / Investment Management) or BCom (Economics)

• 3 Years relevant work experience within the Financial Industry with policy, systems and financial product knowledge

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
