SUMMARY:
The Partner Manager will be responsible for enabling and supporting Impression’s partner and technical partner ecosystem to drive sales success. This includes managing partner relationships, delivering sales and technical enablement, and embedding a structured sales cadence to help partners identify, qualify, and close opportunities

The Partner Manager will be responsible for enabling and supporting Impression’s partner and technical partner ecosystem to drive sales success. What you'll do:
- Partner Enablement Sales Support
- Identify prospective partners and assist with onboarding process.
- Equip partners with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to sell Impression’s solutions effectively.
- Deliver structured onboarding, product training, and ongoing enablement sessions.
- Support partners with deal qualification, proposal development, and closing strategies.
- Embed a regular sales cadence with partners to review pipeline, progress, and blockers.
- Technical Training Solution Support
- Coordinate and deliver technical enablement sessions for partner pre-sales and delivery teams.
- Ensure partners understand the technical value proposition and integration capabilities of Impression’s platform.
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal technical teams to resolve solution-related queries.
- Relationship Management
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key partner stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner engagement and support.
- Monitor partner performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve outcomes.
- Program Execution Reporting
- Execute partner program initiatives, including incentives, campaigns, and co-selling activities.
- Track partner engagement, deal flow, and enablement metrics.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to internal leadership on partner performance
Your Expertise:
- 5+ years in partner/channel management, sales enablement, or technical account management.
- Experience working with SaaS or digital platforms in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to drive partner-led sales and support deal execution.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and partner ecosystems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Certifications in channel/partner management or sales enablement (advantageous).
