JOB SUMMARY: My Client, an industry leader in corporate / commercial law with offices nationally, is in search of a suitably qualified and experienced individual to assume the above-mentioned role to head up their Mergers and Acquisitions Department.
Requirements / Criteria
· An LLB and Admitted Attorney
· A minimum of 6 – 8 years relevant experience in a large and reputable law firm
· Proven Corporate / Commercial exposure (M&A) to high end Clients and Business Leaders (nationally & internationally)
· Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation), time management and relationship management skills are paramount
