With a strong focus on customs compliance, tax management, and risk mitigation, they simplify complex international shipments so clients can focus on scaling their operations globally.

Qualifications and Experience:

• University Degree, College Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong academic record.
• Previous experience in sales, client engagement or CRM advantageous.

• Excellent use of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Personable, engaging and professional.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
• Persistent and following up consistently.
• Professional phone and e-mail etiquette.
• Driven to succeed and a quick learner.
• Resilient, ability to withstand rejection and sales.

• Research and qualify potential clients using internal tools and platforms.
• Organise leads and contact data in spreadsheets and the CRM (e.g. HubSpot).
• Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to initiate contact and schedule meetings for an assigned Branch Manager.
• Persistently follow up with leads and re-engage cold or inactive prospects.
• Book meetings with inbound leads generated through marketing efforts.
• Engage on LinkedIn with Individuals who interact with the company's ads and content.

• Support the sales cycle from lead to deal closure, assisting in the preparation and submission of proposals.
• Confirm service capabilities in line with client requirements.
• Monitor and support the progression of deals through the sales pipeline.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and communications in the CRM.
• Ensure consistency and professionalism in all client interactions.
• Assist in post-meeting follow-up and relationship nurturing activities.

• Compile regular reports to assess sales performance and progress against target.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to identify areas of opportunity and optimise outreach strategies.
