Parts Counter Salesperson (Automotive)
Location: Middelburg, Mpumalanga
Responsibilities:
- Assist and liaise with customers, including visits
- Process invoicing, returns, and approved payments
- Conduct credit checks before releasing parts
- Follow company parts ordering procedures
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
- Meet customer expectations and uphold professional service
- Perform standby duties and work as part of a team
- Ensure proper care of company property and vehicles
- Comply with health, safety, and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of truck/bus parts (Scania, MAN, Volvo)
- Communication, technical, and customer service skills
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Presentable and professional manner
- Problem-solving skills
- Respect confidentiality and workplace conduct standards
