SUMMARY:
Our client in George is seeking a driven and customer-focused Parts Sales Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling automotive parts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery to both walk-in and trade customers.

POSITION INFO:
Description:

Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and accessories
Provide accurate quotations and process sales orders efficiently
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of parts and inventory
Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints professionally
Ensure stock availability and liaise with the warehouse or procurement team when needed
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance
Keep the sales area clean, organized, and well-presented

Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
Previous experience in automotive parts sales (preferred)
Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy (experience with parts systems will be advantageous)
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
