Job Description

We are seeking a Truck Parts Sales Manager to join a leading truck dealership. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic parts department, drive sales growth, and ensure top-tier service delivery to our fleet and retail customers.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the truck parts sales team to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key fleet, workshop, and trade customers
Monitor inventory levels, ordering processes, and supplier relationships
Implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
Ensure excellent customer service and aftersales support
Collaborate closely with the workshop and service departments to align parts availability with operational needs

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in truck parts sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicle components and OEM parts
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to analyse sales data and manage budgets effectively
Valid driver’s license
