Pastel Office Administrator – CAPE TOWN, Montague Gardens - R10 000 - R12 000 Per Month

About us:

FMCG Company supplying nationally to chain stores ie: PnP, Spar, Freshstops, Engen and more

Position offered is NOT difficult – it demands attention to detail, fast paced and deadline driven

Monday to Friday 08h00 – 17h00 (Not Required to work on Public Holidays)

Salary Offered: R10 000.00 to R12 000.00 before deductions (experience dependant)

STRONG Pastel Experience

Must be able to do quotes, invoices, credit notes, statements,

Sound knowledge of debtors and creditors

FMCG / Retail will be advantageous

Fast Paced environment

Telephone etiquette (Reception will play a very minor role but person is front of house to assist with couriers etc. Our landline does not ring a lot: Max is 5-10 times per day)

Filing and any adhoc duties

Well presented, aged between 23 – 40yrs

Preferably own transport and lives within Milnerton and surrounds

Full complete CV with most recent photo, and actual references (which will be done after interviews to confirm sickness, personality, duration etc)

Full Pastel test will be done during interview.
