SUMMARY:
A luxury 5-star property is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about pastry, baking, and dessert presentation, who thrives in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods
Assist the Pastry Sous Chef and Executive Chef with menu development and production planning
Maintain consistent portion control and high presentation standards
Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the pastry section
Assist with training and mentoring junior pastry staff

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar pastry role, ideally in a 4 or 5-star property
Formal culinary or pastry qualification
Passion for patisserie, baking, and dessert plating
Creativity, precision, and strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to relocate and live on-site
