POSITION INFO:
A leading private hospital is looking for an experienced Patient Administration Manager to take the lead in delivering efficient, compliant and patient-centred administration across the facility. This is an opportunity for a strong healthcare administrator who can lead people, drive operational excellence and take ownership of the patient administration function. We're looking for: ✔️ Relevant healthcare \/ business qualification ✔️ Minimum 5 years' hospital patient administration experience ✔️ Proven management \/ leadership experience ✔️ Strong knowledge of medical aid authorisations, admissions, billing & claims ✔️ Sound understanding of ICD-10 coding and revenue cycle management ✔️ Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills ✔️ Private hospital experience essential
