JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualise and develop new strategic initiatives
Create business cases for strategic initiatives
Analyse billing and payment processes for improvements and changes
Workshop initiatives to improve the customer payment experience
Monitor the initiatives effectiveness and suggest improvements / changes
Work with billing and payments operations team to ensure implementation of billing and payment strategy
Analyse, interpret, and communicate data from dashboards / data sources regarding

Requirements and competencies

Strategic thinking and the ability to analyse an initiative’s validity and strategic fit within the larger focus of the business
Analytical, problem solving and data-driven decision-making skills
A holistic approach towards a problem, with structured thinking
The ability to take initiative in ambiguous situations by identifying actional insights
Collaborative, team player
Strong leadership & interpersonal skills.
MS Office - proficient PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
