A well renowned entity in the manufacturing industry is currently in the market for a payroll manager.

POSITION INFO:

A well renowned entity in the manufacturing industry is currently in the market for a payroll manager.

The main purpose of the role is to guarantee accurate payroll records of approximately 400 employees as well as to contribute to the timeous and accurate payment of salaries and wages of all staff in line with company processes and procedures and relevant legislation.

Qualifications and Experience

Accounting Degree /Diploma
Certification on Sage VIP Premier/Sage 300 People
5 – 7 years’ experience in payroll
Staff management experience
Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes
Commercial and Manufacturing experience
Knowledge of BCEA, LRA and all other payroll related legislation
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Customer Centric
Manage stakeholder relationships
