SUMMARY:
Our client is embarking on a digital transformation on their payroll systems. As such they looking for a Payroll accountant or Payroll specialist, with regularity or compliance experience and reporting. This person will be a link between payroll and finance, as such their accounting experience is Key. Need to have Payroll on SAP experience.

POSITION INFO:

This person will support the maintenance and evolution of the automated payroll system (SAP HCM) and associated and integrated portals and systems and ensure in adapting the system to handle new requirements from management as well as legislative and tax law changes with a focus on risk mitigation.

This role has supervisory duties, will be required to closely work with the Human Capital and Finance departments in order to ensure that processes and procedures are effectively in place. (A Key focus on the Human Capital employee life cycle).

Required Education/Experience

Degree, including accounting and/or payroll accounting.
5 – 7 years of payroll experience of which +3 years in senior payroll role.
SAP HCM system experience essential
Shared service experience will be advantageous
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
A high degree of professionalism
Ability to communicate with various levels of management
Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
People, Process, and system orientated
A Technology enabler and automation driven
Data analytics and HCM analytics
Performance Management and coaching of staff
Change enabler
