POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- 5 Years' experience in the Mining Industry
- Administration Qualification will be an advantage
- Ms Package Computer literate with advanced Excel skills
- Exposure in PRP & Time Attendance will be an advantage
- Sage 300 Software experience
- Valid Driver's License and own transport
GENERAL DUTIES:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Processing of Wages Employees.
- Processing of leave, terminations and new engagements
- Administration of monthly benefits - Provident Fund and Medical Aids.
- Requesting Tax directives from SARS.
- Print & distribute payslips.
- Monthly reconciliation of 3rd party deductions.
- Generate Ul19's.
- Send out monthly costing information to the various sites.
