Payroll Administrator

SUMMARY:
A reputable supplier and distributor of petroleum products is seeking a dynamic Payroll Administrator with Sage 300 experience to join their team in Ballito.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and process fortnightly wages using Sage 300
• Process monthly salaries for 3 entities on Sage 300
• Maintain and update employee leave records
• Perform UIF, EMP201, and EMP501 submissions
• Load payments on FNB Online Banking for:
• Salaries
• MIBCO
• NBCRFLI
• Sanlam
• Medical Aid
• Process payroll journals in SAP
• Submit Return of Earnings (ROE)
• Maintain and update employee personnel files
• Assist the HR Manager with Employment Equity documentation and submissions
• General office administration duties as needed
• Support other ad-hoc administrative tasks

• 1–3 years’ experience in payroll administration
• Proficiency in Sage 300 is essential
• Exposure to SAP is advantageous
• Strong understanding of statutory submissions and payroll compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
