A leading supplier in the construction materials sector, operating across four Southern African countries is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join their Finance Business Unit.

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Accurately capture and verify employee payroll data for the Cementitious ULCO operation
- Conduct payroll audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Execute payroll processes in line with legal, statutory, and company requirements
- Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees
- Prepare and submit management reports (e.g., budget and cost reports) and identify potential areas for improvement
- Generate various standard and ad hoc reports as needed
- Support audit processes by compiling necessary documentation and resolving queries
- Print and distribute annual IRP5 documents
Requirements: Grade 12 with
accounting and mathematics
A payroll-related qualification will be advantageous
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a payroll environment
Proficiency in SAP Payroll (
HR module)
Solid understanding of HR processes and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
