SUMMARY:
A well-established company is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage the full payroll function across multiple entities, processing payroll for approximately 600 employees across weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll cycles.

Payroll Administrator - Sage 300 Location: Honeydew, Roodepoort, Gauteng Salary: R28,000 - R30,000 per month (Dependent on Experience) Benefits: Medical Aid + Provident Fund Employment Type: Permanent Overview A well-established company is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage the full payroll function across multiple entities, processing payroll for approximately 600 employees across weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll cycles. Key Responsibilities End-to-end payroll processing using Sage 300 Maintain payroll master data and employee records. Generate payroll reports, payment files, and General Ledger exports. Process EMP201, EMP501, UIF, and annual tax submissions via SARS eFiling and Administer Medical Aid, Provident Fund, Bargaining Council, and employee benefit reconciliations. Manage COIDA and Injury on Duty (IOD) claims via Comp Easy. Process terminations, leave payouts, tax directives, and UI-19 documentation. Conduct payroll reconciliations and prepare management reports. Manage payroll year-end procedures and system updates. Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12). Relevant Payroll qualification advantageous. Minimum 5 years'' payroll administration experience. Proven experience managing payroll for 500+ employees across multiple entities. Advanced Sage 300 (VIP People\/Premier) experience is essential. Strong working knowledge of SARS eFiling, , and Comp Easy. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs. Key Competencies High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong knowledge of South African payroll legislation and statutory requirements. Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
