JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Payroll Administrator

Location: Port Elizabeth

Requirements:

Grade 12
NQF Level 6 qualification
Minimum 3 years’ experience
VIP Payroll experience essential
Knowledge of the National Bargaining Council for the Road and Freight Logistics Industry (NBCRFLI) is preferred

Responsibilities:

Capture bi-weekly and monthly attendance registers
Submit attendance registers to Financial Manager
Process leave onto VIP
Prepare performance based rewards calculations
Assist with payroll queries
Complete exit documents
Review monthly payroll
