A great opportunity has arisen with our client in the automotive industry for a well-experienced Payroll Administrator to be based at their operations in Gqeberha.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Administer payroll for employees
Prepare reports for weekly, quarterly and yearly reviews
Review and abide by company policies and procedures
Make sure account balances are correct
Resolve payroll errors

Requirements:

Diploma Payroll Administration
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience (automotive industry) in payroll administration, specifically SAGE People 300
Experience in SQUBE time and attendance system is advantageous
SAP experience advantageous
Advanced computer literacy in MS Office – advanced MS Excel is imperative
Strong numerical and IT skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
