JOB SUMMARY:
The Payroll Administrator will report directly to the Senior Payroll Administrator.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Payroll Administrator will report directly to the Senior Payroll Administrator. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for Payroll function highlighted below.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Budget recon
• Completion of relevant returns and U19 documentation
• 197 Transfers, LRA, BCEA, retrenchments, severance and relevant payroll calculations
• Experience with employee scheduling/rostering for a large work force
• Populate PACs files for payments
• Update new bank details changes
• Verification of payroll documents as and when received
• Perform general administrative duties as and when required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric Certified
• Solid Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office/Excel/Word)
• Advanced skills in Excel with experience on Sage People, Pastel Payroll or VIP Payroll
• At least 5 years of direct Payroll/Profit Experience
• Relevant Qualification will be advantageous
• Must be proficient in ALL Payroll functions
• Industry Knowledge an advantage (Security and Cleaning)
• Experience with Tax Directives
