SUMMARY:
A manufacturing team in the Western Cape is currently hiring a Payroll Administrator! This is a great opportunity for someone seeking part-time work.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full weekly wage cycle, from validating daily time records to running payroll processes and handling employee onboarding and offboarding. Your expertise in payroll systems, reporting, and administrative accuracy will be essential in ensuring smooth and compliant payroll operations across sites and services.

POSITION INFO:
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3+ years of experience in payroll administration, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience with VIP Payroll and Excel will be advantageous. A proactive, deadline-driven mindset and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality are key to thriving in this position.
