SUMMARY:
International firm has a vacancy available on a 6 months fixed term contract, managing national payroll.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

Processing of all payroll data on SAP, changes of employee benefits and payroll function administration.
Compile and write payroll related ad hoc and month end reports.
Administer total social responsibility (medical aid) function, payments, employee deductions all membership application, plan changes, membership transfers, dependant documentation.
Governance of unemployment insurance compliance with regards to payment submissions, documentation, and administration.
Handling of payroll related enquiries.
Processing of new hires, terminations, change advices (remuneration, personal and banking on SAP payroll)
Processing of temporary allowances and deductions on SAP payroll (overtime, commission, allowances)
Manage and administer social security function - new applications, membership and dependant administration, payment, plan administration and all documentation submissions and registrations
Manage unemployment administration -compliance documentation, electronic payment submissions
Generate and upload payment files to pay away service provider
Compile month end payments journal from payroll wage type reports
Report writing of payroll related information required by business)
Handle employee payroll related enquiries.
Info Slip scheduling of payslip run, Security administration of pay notifications
Schedule and printing of pay notifications and distribution to locations

Qualifications and experience

4-5 years- experience within a large corporate firm
Bachelor’s degree
SAP
Excel Intermediate - Advance
