JOB SUMMARY:
A well reputable manufacturing company is looking for an immediately available driven, sound minded and analytical Payroll Associate. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the organisation’s payroll functions. If this role best describes you, please do apply.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Commerce or National Diploma
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within the finance industry particularly payroll
SAP experience essential
Proven experience as a payroll associate or similar role

Job description & Skills

Oversee and streamline payroll procedures and processes
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligation.
Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
Excellent understanding of multi- location payroll and taxes
Familiarity with software/HRIS e.g., SAP, APP and Kronos
Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
