JOB DESCRIPTION:

Payroll Clerk required in Midrand for a 3 month Fixed term contract with possibility of going permanent. The main function of the role is to process wage payroll, wage week end reports and month end reports and 3rd party payments. Adhoc work as assigned and all training initiatives together with POPI coordination for the business through the HR department. This client is within the construction industry, so the successful candidate must be willing to work within the industry.

Requirements

Certificate / Degree in Payroll
Basic payroll experience
VIP Softline experience

Duties and responsibilities:

Weekly payroll
Weekly reports and month end reports
Wages 3rd party processing
Wages Netcash loading
Printing of wage payslips and distribution.
Wage filing
Updating of wage personal files
Policies and Procedure to be completed and updated for POPI
POPI compliance actions and improvement plan
