Finance and Payroll Manager required in Ivory Coast

POSITION INFO:

Finance and Payroll Manager required in Ivory Coast NB Candidates must be located in Ivory Coast

Fluent in French and English

Degree in Finance and CPA preferred

Requirements:

1 Be able to run the bookkeeping of the entity in Ivory Coast

Monthly

VAT submissions
Payroll and social security submissions
Invoicing to clients

Annually

Annual and provisional tax returns
Annual payroll reconciliation DISA/ ETAT
Liaise with the accountant to prepare annual financial statements

Payroll

Process internal payroll in Ivory Coast
Monthly and annual internal payroll submissions and payments.
Process external client payrolls.
Monthly and annual payroll submissions and payments.
Process external client payrolls in other African countries as required. (Training will be provided.)
Monthly and annual payroll submissions and payments in other African countries as required. (Training will be provided.)
