SUMMARY:
Payroll Specialist - Bryanston

POSITION INFO:

Ensure effective administration for all payroll processes according to timeframes and governance.
Responsibilities
• Ensure monthly payroll is correct and timeously administered.
• Provide leave balance reports and ensure leave is correctly captured and managed.
• Provide administration support to relevant audits and ensure actions are timeously implemented where required.
• Ensure new hires and terminations are correctly loaded and communicated to business.
• UI19 and provident fund forms to be completed for employees
• Provide ad hoc support to Remuneration Manager on payroll or benefits related matters.

Experience and Skills
• Matric/Diploma in HR, Finance or related field.
• Possess a solid understanding of payroll management.
• Have good stakeholder management skills
• Strong administration skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• A diplomatic and professional approach to conflict.
• Ideally passionate about Sport and Gaming.
• Attention to detail
• Excel

Salary - R40 000pm CTC
