SUMMARY:
Our client in Cape Town is looking for a People Officer to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification preferably a degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ working experience
Valid drivers license and own transport
Knowledge and experience with Employment Equity.
Ability to address employee relations professionally, consistently, fairly, and with empathy.
Must have knowledge of applicable Legislation relevant to HRM
Experience with Social Labour Plans (SLP) advantageous.
Experience and Knowledge of HR information systems (Sage 300 and BEE123) advantageous.
Must be medically fit in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act and the Company standards for medical fitness.
Must be willing to travel to various operations
