SUMMARY:
Experienced People Services Officer in logistics and aviation sector to join the HR team. This role combines Payroll, Time & Attendance, OHS, and ESG administration. This role combines Payroll, Time & Attendance, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), and ESG administration, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and exceptional employee support.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements National Diploma or Degree in HR, Payroll Administration, Finance or related field 3 to 5 years experience in Payroll, HR Administration, Finance, OHS or a similar role Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel Experience with Payroll systems (PaySpace, Sage or similar) Experience with Time & Attendance systems Good knowledge of BCEA, LRA, OHS Act and COIDA Clear Criminal Record and Credit Record Valid drivers licence and willing to travel when required Key Responsibilities Process payroll accurately and efficiently Administer Time & Attendance and leave records Ensure payroll compliance and reporting Assist with ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives Coordinate Occupational Health & Safety administration Conduct audits, inspections and compliance reporting Support employee queries relating to payroll and benefits Produce management reports and maintain accurate records Ideal Candidate Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines High level of integrity and confidentiality
