• Relationship Building
• Seeks to establish and service relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues to improve the effective and efficient execution of objectives in line with business requirements
• Demonstrates personal commitment to business partners and clients by fulfilling responsibilities, involving others and removing obstacles to team accomplishments Establishes and consolidates good interpersonal relationships by listening to others, involving others and objectively considering their ideas and opinions even when they conflict with their own ideas
• Business Development
• Actively engages with successful candidates to provide referrals of suitably qualified candidates, active networking
• Lead generation refer to area of specialization
• Collaborate within Perm Portfolio as well as cross sell within Adcorp Group Portfolioâ??s Canvas new clients for new business and service existing clients to generate organic growth
• Research clients
• Understands the client environment and how the varying client contexts will impact resourcing requirements
• Analyses client feedback and uses this feedback to ensure service enhancements by optimising own behaviour
• Engages the client pro-actively, responds to client queries promptly and ensures that opportunities for improvements to the client experience are actioned and measured. This includes the sourcing of new client business
• Competitor analysis
• Conduct research on existing and new clients to ensure you stay abreast of developments Client visits â?? virtual or F2F
• Strong negotiation and financial skills

• At least one yearâ??s experience within the permanent recruitment industry
• Computer literacy of which Microsoft Office experience is essential
• Knowledge of social media and job board sites essential
• Ability to communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing
• Strong sales skills
• Successful track record of achieving targets
