Persal Sales Manager - Accelerator (Dialler experience is mandatory)

Based in Umhlanga, Durban, this role is perfect for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced call centre environment. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency and campaign success - all while following our proven business model, rolling up your sleeves, and building from the ground up through hands-on sales and team leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Dialling
- Direct involvement in dialling and making sales.
- Ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Lead & Scale
- Drive outbound telesales performance across large teams.
- Take full ownership of operations, people, processes, and platforms.
- Recruit, coach, and develop sales agents to unlock their full potential.
Campaign & Performance Management
- Build and optimise innovative sales campaigns that accelerate growth and retention.
- Use data, insights and KPIs to continuously sharpen productivity and profitability.
- Oversee lead management, quality, compliance, and client satisfaction delivery.
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Align sales strategies with key financial services products and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with training, recruitment, and enablement teams to fast-track onboarding and talent development.
- Driving brand led strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience working in Persal telesales operations (essential).
- Experience scaling and managing high-capacity call centres (essential).
- Matric or equivalent NQF (essential).
- Business/Financial/Commercial Diploma or Degree.
- Regulatory accreditation (FAIS compliant).
- Outbound telesales leadership in financial services, insurance, or similar regulated industries.
- Strong track record in campaign execution, performance management, and business retention.
