Personal Assistant

SUMMARY:
Umhlanga - We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Personal Assistant to support a Portfolio Manager. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess strong administrative skills.
This role requires someone who can think quickly on their feet and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a procurement or construction environment.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes
• Familiarity with construction project management principles
• Own vehicle is required
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have good people skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
• Must be willing to learn new processes
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Discretion and confidentiality

• Team player

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Portfolio Manager
• Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Managing diaries and organising meetings/appointments
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports
• Travel arrangements if required
• Manage requests and queries
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
• Adhoc duties
