Job Description:

Flexible, very good nature, punctual, well-groomed, trustworthy and understands pressure. Willing to go the extra miles in times of need, (sick leave 10 days, yearly leave 15 days in 2 parts, public holidays might ask to be flexible, but will pay extra hours)

Experience:

• Maximum 10 years of experience
• Own transportation
• Afrikaans and English speaking
• Age: between 38 & 45

SECRETARIAL:

• Overseas, appointments to different companies
• Monitor all companies email infrastructure
• Interact with future structure plans, such as additional meetings
• Banker, attorney, accountant
• Willing to travel with me to assist with different meetings

ACCOUNTANT ASSISTANCE:

• Communication level weekly & monthly with an accountant,
• All paper trail for debtors and creditors
• To maintain 7 companies (debtors & creditors)
• Excel Spreadsheet
• Liaison with: accounts payable & accounts receivable
