SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO

POSITION INFO:

MANUFACTURING

Matric

Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to a C-suite executive

Fluency in English, Afrikaans and French (advantageous).
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong administrative skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Flexibility to work outside regular hours when required.
Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Knowledge of project management principles.
Familiarity with executive travel logistics and itinerary planning.
