POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a Personal Assistant / Admin Coordinator for the Germiston area within the building / Civil Engineering industry. 

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Must have at least 5 years experience with multiple directors.
• Minute taking (Essential)
• Travel bookings
• Credit cards reconciliation
• Event organisation
• Meeting hosting
• Well in both Afrikaans and English
• Computer literate

 Responsibilities: 

• Travel & Accommodation:
  • Implement the Company policy
  • Ensure daily rates are adhered to
  • Manage queries
  • Save cost without compromise on employee safety
  • Book training accommodation 
• Events:
  • Assist with event co-ordination
  • Training at Head Office organisation 
• Administrative:
  • Assist all departments with letters, reports, documents & correspondence
  • Update supplier BBBEE certificates & Maintain database
  • Complete vendor applications
  • Obtaining submission documentation
  • Photocopier stats, toners etc. 
• Office Supplies:
  • Ensure tea, coffee, milk etc
  • Cleaning supplies
  • Toilet necessities
