Location: Pretoria East – Faerie Glen
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
Language Requirements: English & Afrikaans (spoken and written)

POSITION INFO:
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, well-organised, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and comfortable working in a professional environment. Occasional travel will be required.
Key Responsibilities

Provide full administrative and personal assistant support
Manage diaries, schedules, and appointments
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
Coordinate meetings and take minutes when necessary
Assist with general office administration and ad-hoc tasks
Run errands and provide support outside the office when required
Travel from time to time for work-related duties

Requirements

Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role (advantageous)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Willingness and flexibility to travel when required
Valid driver’s license (recommended)
