About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Estate Manager in overseeing the daily operations and administrative functions of a residential estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, with experience in a body corporate environment considered highly favourable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Estate Manager
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and site inspections
• Liaise with residents, contractors, suppliers, and service providers
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation as required
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and follow up on outstanding tasks
• Manage inventory and estate supplies as needed
• Provide on-the-ground support with estate-related activities
• Run errands and perform occasional off-site tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Personal Assistant or administrative role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems
• Experience within a body corporate or estate management environment is highly advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle confidential information
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (travel between sites may be required)
• Must be a non-smoker
