JOB SUMMARY:
Well established financial brokerage based in Umhlanga requires an experienced PA / Admin Assistant for a Senior Financial Broker to assist with life business.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Matric and a minimum of 2 years PA / Admin experience within the insurance industry is essential
You will be required to assist a Senior Financial Broker with life business
Attend to quotes from various insurance providers
Arrange client medicals
Attend to policy amendments and withdrawals
Attend to claims
Assist with client queries, telephonically and via email
Deal with various Insurance Consultants
Oversee and ensure signed deals are paid over from Insurers
Database and compliance management
Manage filing systems
Manage process for record keeping ie. new business, lapses, policy updates, claims, commissions
Own car and valid driver’s license
