Personal Assistant/Admin

SUMMARY:
Opportunity for a dedicated and organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Architect and Quantity Surveyor within a group based in Ballito.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Experience as a PA or in a similar role
• Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Proficient in document management and filing systems.
• Ability to prioritizs tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in a similar role within the architecture or construction industry is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Architects and QS.
• Manage document filing and organisation for architects and QS, ensuring efficient retrieval and storage of project-related information.
• Prepare and complete Payment Certificates accurately, verifying all supporting documents and information prior to submission to the finance office.
• Monitor and follow up with various municipalities regarding Council Approvals.
• Draft and send professional letters and correspondence on behalf of architects.
• Assist with general administrative tasks
