Our Client is looking for a PA who has hospitality experience.
Must be single with no dependants, creative, organized and good with admin
Must have experience with the following:
Events, management, decor, set and style tables, flower arrangements etc
In your role as an Admin Assistant your duties and responsibilities are recorded as follows:-
Render any administrative task, such as drafting letters, memos, recons, emails, etc.
Liaise with suppliers, clients where required
Itinerary travel planning when requested
Diary Management where requested
Taking minutes of meetings
Assist Personal Assistant with various tasks when requested, including running errands etc.
Oversee and manage the in-house grooming ladies (2x) when required
Assist when required with various charity events, including company / family events
Assist with management of the in-house grooming consultants
The above-mentioned duties may be updated and expanded on from time to time.
