Personal Client Manager (DUTCH Speaking)

SUMMARY:
We are urgently looking to employ a Personal Client Manager with a solid understanding of the Dutch language for a client based in the Western Cape.

POSITION INFO:

The Personal Client Manager will communicate with English and Dutch speaking clientele in both English and/or Dutch, with a solid understanding of the Dutch culture, overseeing and managing their visa process for South Africa. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Network events as prescribed by Marketing and Sales Directors
• Dutch Social media presence and answering of as prescribed by Marketing and Sales Directors
• Identification and participation of appropriate Dutch online forums and communication channels
• Written Dutch input into web content and marketing material. And participation and driving this segment for the Intergate Group
• Acquisition of Dutch speaking clients and promotion to introducers in alliance with Marketing and Sales Directors
• Handling of the Dutch language specific Client Management System (CMS) leads as per direction of Sales Directors
• Acquire and keep up to date an in-depth knowledge of immigration law of South Africa
• Interpretation of immigration law and transfer of knowledge to practical situations
• Retention and servicing of existing English and Dutch speaking clients
• Entrepreneurial and ownership outlook to enhancements and development group

Minimum Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Solid understanding of the Dutch
• Ability to network within the Dutch community in South Africa
• Minimum of five [5] years experience in a client service/consultancy/client management working environment, international experience advantageous
• Minimum of three [3] years South African immigration experience
• A working understanding of the South African Immigration Act and the South African immigration environment
• An overall knowledge of other service areas including but not limited to; taxation, property, business formation, currency exchange and controls, insurance
• Able to travel abroad if and when required and must possess a valid passport for such travels
