JOB SUMMARY:
Must have a Certificate of Registration at Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries

JOB DESCRIPTION:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspecting customers’ premises to identify pest problems
• Determining the kind of Pest problem, what treatment is required and advising customers
on what kind of pest and treatment is required to eliminate identified pests
• Communicating with office staff in order to schedule services with customers
• Applying suitable pesticides to infested areas by following the label instructions and
complying with safety procedures
• Adjusting chemical mixtures according to the size of the infested areas
• Filling out all necessary paperwork upon completion of each job
• Responding to customers upon completion of service and inform customer of various pest
control services offered by Excellerate Soft Services
• Identifying opportunities to sell additional company services and products
• Find new business

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12 certificate
• Valid driver’s license
• No less than 1 year pest control experience
• Licensed to perform pest control – Qualified Pest Control Operator
• Must have a Certificate of Registration at Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries
• Registered in the following fields of Pest Control:
âœ“ Structural Pest Control (Commercial and Domestic)
âœ“ Fumigation
âœ“ Wood Preservation
• Must pass a medical fitness test
• No fear of hights
• The ability to work in all weather conditions
