Pickers - Temp

• Pick items according to order sheets or scanning devices (e.g., barcode scanners).
• Ensure correct quantity and quality of items are picked.
• Place picked items in correct bins, cages, or containers for delivery.
• Label, scan, and package items as required.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to supervisor immediately.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory control when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized picking area.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
• Meet daily picking targets and performance standards.

• (Matric / Grade 12 advantageous)
• Previous experience in a warehouse, courier, or retail picking environment (advantageous but not essential)
• Basic reading, writing, and numeracy skills
• Ability to operate barcode scanners or handheld picking devices (training can be provided)
• Physically fit and able to lift/move items up to 25kg
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Reliable and punctual
