SUMMARY:

Looking for Pickers to accurately and efficiently pick parcels and packages from warehouse inventory for timely dispatch.

POSITION INFO:

Pickers

Job Purpose:
To accurately and efficiently pick parcels and packages from warehouse inventory according to delivery schedules, ensuring orders are prepared correctly for timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

Select and pick parcels/orders from shelves based on delivery manifests.
Verify items against order specifications for accuracy.
Prepare parcels securely for transport.
Assist with sorting and labeling packages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking area.
Report damaged or missing stock to Warehouse Supervisor.
Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
Support loading/unloading of delivery vehicles.
Follow safety procedures in the warehouse.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous warehouse picking or logistics experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret pick lists and delivery manifests.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Physically fit, able to lift packages up to specified weight.
Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
Team player with good communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
