JOB DESCRIPTION:

PLEASE NOTE: THIS POSITION IS IN MANDENI, 100 km North of Durban

DUTIES:

Print, track and trace sales orders
Schedule Production and Controlling of job enlisting.
Assisting in production planning for meeting customers’ requirements and meeting targets for production.
Capturing of relevant data for information storage.
Making sure of special processes being carried out in scheduled order.
Distribute work orders to departments and proposed completion date of orders to be produced
Confer with department supervisors to determine progress of work and to provide information on changes in processing methods
Compiling reports concerning progress of work and downtime due to machine failure and equipment to apprise production planning
Maintain inventory of materials needed for production
Expedite production to establish delivery dates
Track production units
Assist in administrative duties and payroll requirements
Assist during stock take and reporting

MIN REQUIREMENTS:

Matric

Tertiary finance studies

Pastel
