SUMMARY:
Ensuring that all customer requirements are managed, through the implementation and maintenance of an efficient Sales and Operations Planning system to ensure that the correct products are available as per Customer Forecasts.

POSITION INFO:

Required outputs: Functional Sample submission Sample submission to Coke to be continuously monitored and submitted to Midi as required. Demand Planning/Forecasting Actively manage Customer Demand and translate into meaningful Forecasts. Monitor Forecast Accuracy and provide updated reports. Communicating directly with Key Customers. Liaison with Sales/Sales Co-Ordinator Managing Shipping and Logistics Staff Ensure Shipping and Logistics Staff are well versed with customer requirements and are equipped with the correct tools to deliver their needs. All KPI''s in place to actively drive customer support Monthly Management Reports Weekly Sales Figures for Trade and Formulated sales, including exports. Monthly Management reports for Trade and Formulated Sales, including exports.
Qualifications , Knowledge and Skills Requirements Matric / Grade 12. A relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management. Minimum 3 years related work experience in a Supply Chain / Sales environment. Basic understanding of Supply Chain documentation associated with the function of the position. Basic understanding of stock control and accounting principles, company policies and procedures. GMP, HACCP and Hygiene & Housekeeping principles and procedures. Basic understanding of the products and how they should be handled. Understanding and knowledge of MS Office and fully computer literate. SAP know how would be an advantage.
