POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:
As Plant Controller, you’ll be the financial backbone of the plant operations, playing a critical role in shaping strategy, driving performance, and ensuring financial integrity at all levels of production. You’ll partner closely with operational leaders, both locally and internationally, to optimize manufacturing processes through data-driven insights, robust cost controls, and strategic capital expenditure planning. This isn’t just a numbers job, it’s about influencing decisions, improving efficiency, and being a key voice at the leadership table.

Key Responsibilities:

Full financial control of the plant: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end close
Monitor and analyse costing structures, inventory management, and product profitability
Lead and support CAPEX planning and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure global financial compliance and reporting
Develop, implement, and maintain management accounting systems and internal controls

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom degree in Finance/Accounting
5+ years in a Plant Controller or similar role within automotive or manufacturing sectors
Strong understanding of management accounting, costing, and CAPEX
