SUMMARY:
Our client is a multinational Automotive who is looking for a Plant Controller to be based in South Africa at their plant.

POSITION INFO:

The Plant Controller will manage the controlling of the plant in order to guarantee and optimise the plant''s financial performance and competitiveness

Client Details

Our client is a large Global Automotive business with its head office in Europe with presence in over 30 countries worldwide.

Description

The role will be responsible for the below:

Ensure compliance to all financial procedures
Internal controls
Ensure a smooth change of the information system
Lead the core working system(SAP)
Provide reliable financial/controlling information in close relationship with other operational and support functions
Lead all financial forecasting processes
Management of reporting processes
Ensure reliability of standard costing
Controlling analysis including variance analysis
Manage internal audits
Control and manage the plants operating cash flow
Act as a business partner towards the plant management, providing recommendations to management

Profile

The individual should have the following:

A finance related degree(non negotiable)
Extensive Automotive Plant experience(non negotiable)
Finance,costing or relevant experience needed for a Plant Controller role
SAP experience(non negotiable)
Management experience(non negotiable)
Multinational experience required
Excel experience is essential
