Salary: R1.1 to R1.2 million per annum commensurate with experience and qualification

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Education: Post Graduate Degree in Logistics and Supplier Chain or Engineering
• Knowledge and experience: experience in Production in an Industrial environment

Key Performance Areas:

• Supervise day to day activities, address customer requirements and maintain good relationships
• Lead the logistics team and set departmental objectives
• Ensure adequate staffing and engage in performance evaluation and training for team members
• Monitor logistics processes: supervise day to day activities, prepare and propose the Sales and Operations strategy to management
• Assure the responsibility of the Scheduling Plan with Unit Managers
• Improve and enhance performance and relationships of suppliers and logistics partners
• Monitor Logistics performance and implement improvement actions in line with other departments
